Following my successful tenure as Team Leader, I was promoted to New Hire Trainer, leveraging my expertise in SEO, Sales, and Marketing. In this role, I am responsible for training new hires on our SEO packages, company guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and sales techniques. I also contribute to curriculum updates and offer personalized coaching to help representatives excel in their roles.

Recognized for my outstanding performance as an Online Marketing Consultant, I was promoted to Team Leader. I led my team by managing daily KPIs, conducting team meetings, and creating coaching plans for individual representatives. Additionally, I organized team webinars focused on SEO, Marketing, and other key topics relevant to the business.

As an Online Marketing Consultant, I was responsible for presenting SEO Online Presence Packages to business owners, guiding them through a structured sales funnel to secure ongoing monthly service contracts. My role focused on delivering value and driving results through our tailored SEO offerings. I successfully closed more than a hundred deals during this period.

As CEO and SEO Senior Manager, I led the company’s SEO strategies and operations. I was responsible for designing and implementing customized SEO solutions for our clients, overseeing website optimization projects, and integrating advanced tracking systems like Google Tag Manager and Analytics. I maintained direct communication with stakeholders, ensuring the consistent delivery of performance reports and business growth insights.

I taught English to children from ages 6 to 12, covering elementary-level language skills. My responsibilities included lesson planning, curriculum development, and student evaluation.

In this role, I managed digital media strategies, including social media, newsletters, and website content for the organization. I also handled client reception and class scheduling, as well as the management of student and client databases for communication and payment tracking.

I started my career building static websites and gradually developed the skills to create dynamic websites using technologies like WordPress, OctoberCMS, Webpack, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JS.

My first job was a turning point. As a warehouse loader, I gained an appreciation for hard work and responsibility, managing deliveries and inventory. But it was here I realized that this path wasn’t for me—I wanted more. This experience fueled my determination to pursue my passion, strive for success, and build a career where I could make a meaningful impact.
